The Para Powerlifting Come n Try + Club Challenge will be held out of Breaking Boundaries Gym (WSNSW/ACT Newcastle office). New lifters will have the chance to listen to experienced lifters about proper technique, skills and ask questions regarding para powerlifting. All competitors are then welcome to join a competitive lift that will see lifters judged on their ability to lift the most weight in relation to their body weight.
