Wheelchair AFL Club League Round 1- Southern League

Event information

Wheelchair AFL is one of the fastest growing Wheelchair sports in Australia. A unisex game that is open to all abilities, Wheelchair AFL is a great way for people living with disabilities and those not living with disabilities to play sport alongside each other.

Wheelchair Sports NSW/ACT and AFL NSW/ACT are Co-Delivering regional and state-based competitions throughout the year. Once you have joined a local training club, entry to these competitions are open to you. 

Players will get the chance to compete in a team environment and will form the foundation for competitive Wheelchair AFL match play. Wheelchair AFL's competitive Club League will start on Saturday 12th April 2025- 10am to 2pm. 

No experience is necessary and we will provide you with equipment. Affiliated Club playing guernseys will be needed to represent each club, while competing in the Club League. Players also have the option of being placed into teams for the weekend.
