This event will allow athletes to compete against some of Australia's best Frame Runners on the world renowned AIS track. The meet in 2023 will be a 3 day event, maximising the opportunity to compete.

The event is once again open to all Frame Runners, allowing developing and young athletes to compete and challenge themselves against strong competition.

This year we will be organising accommodation in Canberra at the Quality Hotel in Dickson and the AIS from 19-23 January 2023. Our staff will be staying at the Quality Hotel.
