Join us as we launch a new approach to Para-Powerlifting in Sydney.
We have partnered with gyms throughout NSW/ACT to create weekly training opportunities in the gym with qualified personal trainers. Whether your main sport is Para-Powerlifting, or you'd like to compliment another sport through strength training, this weekly training hub is a place to build your strength under the guidance of a trained professional.
Weekly strength training sessions in Sydney will begin on Monday, May 2nd from 7:00pm to 8:30pm at CSP Gym in Five Dock, and continue every week.
